Based in the Iowa Driftless region, Dre specializes in getting new anglers on the water.
He has been fishing tenkara for the past nine years and guiding for the past three seasons.
He is on the water 200-250 days a year. Tenkara is his passion and he loves to share that passion with others.
An avid tyer, rarely do his clients leave a trip with fewer kebari than they started with.
He practices “Oni Style” tenkara, with an emphasis on longer lines and arial mending.
